Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Workplace (DWS) Senior Systems Engineer to design, implement, and optimise end-user computing and collaboration platforms. This is a hands-on technical role with a strong focus on automation, endpoint management, identity solutions, and enhancing the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deliver automation workflows to streamline endpoint, identity, and support processes.
• Manage and optimise endpoint and identity platforms (e.g. Intune, Kandji, Okta) with Zero Trust principles.
• Use analytics tools to predict and resolve user experience issues.
• Configure and enhance collaboration platforms (e.g. Google Workspace, Zoom, ServiceNow).
• Provide L3 technical expertise, define standards, and mentor junior engineers.

Skills & Experience

• 10+ years in End-User Computing / Digital Workplace engineering.
• 5+ years with automation, scripting (PowerShell), and data-driven IT solutions.
• Strong knowledge of endpoint management, IAM, and collaboration tools.
• Experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP) and REST API integrations.
• Experience with Kandji and Nexthink.
• Understanding of cloud security, compliance, and Zero Trust.
• Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) and VDI are a plus.
